Strictly custom orders for end users most being one-of-a-kind at retail level. We can accomodate orders of multiple items to save shipping but we do not wholesale to resellers.

Each item you order by choosing the material and/or color is customized. Should you want something customized or personalized contact us before you order to see if what you want is possible and feasible and we will create a separate custom order with the specifics of what you want and it will be only visible to you until paid. We will not customize items or make items where a copyright or intellectual property right is infringed upon so please don't even ask.

All of the items made by us for you are one-of-a-kind or made to the material(s) and/or color(s) you select Once ordered and paid for they cannot be changed, the order will be completed per the specifics of the order. They cannot be cancelled once we start the process to make the item(s) for you.

Should you need to change the shipping address before we ship because you are moving, put in the wrong address, etc - contact us by message here right away. If we get an undeliverable item back we will attempt to contact you 3 times. If we get a reply with new address, another shipping amount will be incurred before it is reshipped. No refunds will be given on undelieverables.

Each item made and sold by us will have different care instructions depending on what the item is. Some are common sense some we will send a use and care insert with the item.

No we do not. We sell only finished items. The designs and patterns are our own proprietary creation and you may not purchase a finished item for the purposes of reverse engineering.

"ModSox" are a creation of our own and are not knitted or crocheted. They are a flexible grid substrate in which we stitch in either satin (aka rattail or malias) cord or Type 1 paracord. Areas that are prone to stress are reinforced with a nylon cord for strength. We used to make them primarily with acrylic yarn but found that they didnt last as long under heavy wear so we only make them from yarn by special request. You have the option of having a d-ring for laynards or charms or you may opt to have none. When the ring is not being used it lays flat out off your way. ModSox sleeves are easily cleaned in warm or hot water and mild dishsoap. For heavy soil you can use an old toothbrush. Once cleaned rinse with hot water and air dry

In some very limited circumstances we may have discount codes that can be used in checkout. We will occasionally have sales now that Etsy is setup for that but some sales may be limited to certain items rather than store-wide. We do NOT participate in the $35 free shipping for US orders - see the FAQ below. Most older codes from reviewers, streaming sites and others are no longer functional. If you have a code you may try it and if you get an error that means it is no longer valid.

The recent campaign to offer "free" shipping on orders of $35 or more is not "free" in that sellers must "roll in" the shipping into the prices to recoup what you perceive as "free" and is a direct violation of FTC regulations. It is unfair not only to US buyers but even more unfair to those outside the US as they too are paying this "rolled in" hidden cost to recoup "free" shipping for US buyers but they are paying already high rates for international shipping on top of that. Instead of participating in this underhanded and unfair practice we do offer our US buyers really free shipping on orders of $75 USD with the coupon code of 75FREESHIP that you can use in checkout. Sorry but we cannot offer this to buyers outside the USA.

We are an independent business, not employees of Etsy, and we may on rare occassions feel the need to refuse or cancel a sale for various reasons. We reserve the right to do this but it would be an extreme circumstance for us to exercise this option
